Pros

Good pay and benefits. The people are great throughout all levels of the company. Management truly cares and there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

A policy for sick days would be recommended, as there currently isn't a policy in place. Other than that, no complaints.

Good pay, relaxed atmosphere. Great collection of talented people.

Cons

Poor communication between departments. Management is out of touch with employees. Not a lot of room for growth which can be a demotivator.
