Pros

The team I worked with out of Cerritos was like a family. I loved the people I worked with for the 8 years I was there. I wanted to retire from this company. We had a lot of fun and had 2 fantastic Plant Managers over the course of my time there.

Cons

Loyalty to select employees/management over others. The door is not always open for communication with management. When help was requested on a major issue, the request was refused.

Cons

Too many chiefs not enough Indians at this place. Employees with a longer work history tend to treat those new to the game with less respect
