Pros
If you are into spending your time pouring the same solution into thousands of petri dishes, or other routine laboratory work that can eventually make you feel like a robot, along with 10-12 hour workdays...then this job suits you. Free snack available, although you are never given spare time to enjoy them in the evenings after you've been working all afternoon and are hungry for dinner.
Cons
No presence, leadership, guidance, nor interview ever provided by any managers nor the company's owner Don Levy. You will be interviewed by a recruiting agency. Due to the lack of leadership and teamwork development, some of your coworkers will have insecurity issues and will not show much interest in communicating friendly with you. I had one coworker even create a false rumor about me and the HR & supervisors for this company were not professional/experienced enough to observe themselves and figure-out the story was falsified. Supervisors at this job will give you a quick friendly hello when you enter the job, assign you to another employee to shadow, and will not speak to you nor provide you with any guidance/job-information after that. The employees you shadow are not always experienced with teaching/training others and you may be stuck figuring-out on-your-own how to accomplish the job's tasks efficiently. You eventually may feel like you are in the middle of a rat-race with the lack of communication and the lack of thinking required to fulfill the duties of this job. You can't expect any development from a position at this company due to the lack of leadership developed by the owner, Don Levy.
