Co-workers are friendly, free lunches.
Cons
This company has made very clear that they will always place clients over employees at every turn. They will throw you under the bus to keep clients happy. Management is un-qualified, inept. Good workers are not rewarded, and poor ones never admonished. High turnover rate. Not hard to see why. Saw them call the police on an employee who was a Purple Heart recipient when he became upset at being harrassed.
