A fintech company that has empathy and consideration for employees is, in my 30 years of experience, a rarity. Donorbox has both of these, has been profoundly supportive through the pandemic, is extremely responsive to good work, makes a concerted effort to provide a well-equipped remote working environment and, very unusually, offers a number of perks including medical insurance contribution.

To date I have had no bad or unpleasant experiences.
