Great base pay, remote work, tons of resposibility

Cons

Zero contribution to employee 401k. WLB is close to none, managers are straight micro managers, tons of bureaucracy, managers talk about being nimble when it comes to decision making but are quite slow. Most of the managers I've come across are great individual contributors but are terrible at delegating and inspiring their direct reports when it comes to goal targeting.
