They seem to select which drivers are going to have a lucrative day that they are scheduled and which ones won't. They dangle a carrot in front of you to chase platinum status with the promise of more orders and higher pay, but in order to achieve platinum status they need to give you orders, which is very inconsistent. Plus, they take away how many orders you've racked up before you reach the required amount of orders to reach platinum. It's only good if you're app juggling to have on in the background just in case any good orders DO come through. Also, too many $3 Seven Eleven orders.
