Pros

Good benefits. Strong product. Great CEO

Cons

Inexperienced leadership in the sales org (SF office). They would constantly make you question your abilities and loyalty to the company which created a toxic work environment. There’s a tremendous lack of culture and communication within the sales team. Instead of coaching and asking reps what challenges they’re running into, leadership would instill fear and belittling in order to get reps to hit their number.
