Unfair pay for drivers

Pros

I’m Just writing about cons.

Cons

I’m a Dasher who always delivers on time and takes care with every order. But DoorDash allows customers to remove tips after the delivery—with no protection for drivers. Even when I do everything right, I’ve had tips disappear, leaving me with $2–$3 in base pay. That’s below minimum wage after gas and time. DoorDash offers no adjustment or support. We Dashers deserve better—protect our tips or raise base pay. Right now, the system rewards dishonest customers and punishes hard-working drivers. It’s not sustainable or fair.

Pros

You will get to work on big projects alongside smart people.

Cons

I had many managers during the short time I worked there. Reorg and new processes every six months. People are slotted into random roles and teams. Very hard to get promoted, issues with leadership. Would not recommend.
