      Pros

      Very progressive forward thinking company. Good pay/ comp plans. Good benefits

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to know where you stand. Because they are so busy, managers are not very accessible on the fly. PTO allotment isn't great. Wish they would match 401k.

      - Strong talent base internally: Company is filled with smart+nice employees - Rapidly growing: Company has differentiated itself from the pack (e.g. Postmates/Caviar) - Sharp management team: CEO and COO are world-class

      Cons

      -Moving quickly, and breaking things. As the company has grown, there are a lot of systems, processes, and tools breaking. This is normal at a rapid growth company, though. - Communication: As companies grow quickly, communication can get difficult across the company. The company recognizes this and is trying to rectify, but worth noting -Thoughtful org design: As companies scale, org design is critical. DoorDash needs to focus on this

      Colleagues are happy to assist you with challenging tasks Pay is pretty decent Supervisors are very nice and understanding willing to accommodate your specific needs

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to get the ball rolling on some upper management requests Practices are constantly changing so you need to relearn how to do the same thing in a slightly different way multiple times
