      Pros

      DoorDash has an amazing company culture that really cannot be beat. It has a start up feel and perks to boot. The people however are what make it unbeatable. DoorDash has successfully hired a group of people who thrive on competition, teamwork, and that truly love this company. Management is extremely transparent, which you often lose in growing companies like DoorDash. They truly care about the success of not only the company, but of all employees.

      I have now been at DoorDash for over 4 months and it has been an amazing experience. I work on the outside sales team and we have such a bright and driven team. Everyone is here to help us impact local businesses and deliver good to the community. Outside of the sales team, the entire company is growing so rapidly and the trust within the company is something I have never seen before. We are a very transparent company and very driven to be the best. The team is here to win together and to make a difference. If you are motivated, driven to help others, work well with others, want to make an impact at a fast pace company, join DoorDash!
