Pros
Pros: Remote work flexibility, supportive coworkers, and opportunities to learn problem-solving and operations skills. I gained valuable experience as an SME and appreciated the fast-paced environment and ability to help merchants and teammates daily.
Cons
Cons: Recent organizational changes and restructuring have negatively impacted morale and stability. Schedule changes, reduced hours, and team restructuring created a lot of uncertainty for employees. Communication around expectations and long-term planning could have been handled more transparently and compassionately, especially for employees whose schedules or support systems were affected.
