Pros

Good compensation. That's it, honestly.

Cons

Weaponized company values. All about squeezing more out of customers, restaurants, employees and more. After the mass layoffs quality plummeted and customer service became combative service. They laid off so many people after telling everyone there would be no layoffs month-after-month. We had just seen the company financials which were ahead of projections. The only explanation is corporate greed. And the stock price jumped up shortly after the layoffs, so it worked!

Decent pay, free food at least once a week, and largely independent work

Cons

Poor training processes, strange hiring practices, lack of acknowledgement of efforts/work ethic, nepotism, under staffed, constant harassment, constantly changing systems, constantly adding more work, and hard repetitive work

Cons

- poor WLB - aggressive personalities succeed - dangling carrot for promotions - there is no diversity (race, background, everything)
