Great place to learn about operating a business, standards are high in a good way and make you better, comp is very good, taking time off is encouraged.

Cons

Has become ultra competitive and political. Too much MBA/banker energy killing the vibe. Aggressive behavior is rewarded even if it screws over everyone else
