Avoid support roles

Pros

Free lunch and dinner and a fully stocked kitchen. If you ask for it, you'll get it. Great learning environment and very talented teams. The PEOPLE, co-workers are the best!

Cons

Work/Life balance is pretty terrible, our service is 7 days a weeks therefore we always have to be there. Some leads just care about getting through a shift instead of setting the rest of the day or week up for success. Some support members will delegate work to others instead of handling the issue from the beginning.
