      You can make a big impact early on, you learn a lot, and the company fosters an culture of ownership. Successful, smart, and nice people around you everyday and cross-functionality is encouraged.

      Cons

      Long hours, stressful at times, but like the title says it's a high grow startup. If you go into it expecting a 9-5, then you're uninformed.
