You can create your own schedule, but constant call-outs and turnover will inevitably lead to working 60 hours a week or more. Most other Site Managers in this position are ineffective and don’t hold their value. The same can be said for Operations Managers. The pay isn’t worth the amount of stress you’ll have to endure.
