Pros

The flexibility it gives you to drive when want. No sitting behind a desk all day, drive around in your own vehicle, listen to your own tunes, and the more orders you do, the more money you make.

Cons

Wear and tear on your vehicle, gas, and complying with terms and conditions to avoid deactivating your account. My biggest con is have door dash ding you for being late to an establishment, or customer, when traffic is heavy, or for an unplanned delay. Another con is having my acceptance rate go down after being penalized for not having a large car or truck. Seem that they penalize you for things that are out of your control.
