      My opinion: This is not a good company to be employed

      Pros

      The internal structure of this company is not favorable to the average employee. Consider working else where.

      Cons

      There was previously a large number of negative reviews revealing many internal problems inside of Doosan's doors. Some are culture related, some are language related. It is my opinion the the internal management structure should be revamped, including facilty's management. I don't know what happened to those previous reviews which were numerous.

      Commissioning activities, all construction activities, support for maintenance team, support for quality department, support for documentation department, we assistant vendors.

      All commissioning activities, different types activities I have did it. Good knowledge of field side control room also.

      Pros

      Good company and business enviroment. Salaries and benefits are satisfactory. The communcation with the management is open and free.

      Cons

      The wor force is completely Korean. Long working hours due to the amount of duties. The company operates in a long-term marketplace so the business is slow.
