      Pros

      I have worked with Doosan for almost two years now and after not having the greatest experience with companies I have not been disappointed with Doosan. I feel as though they truly value their employees and they show it. The CEO is very transparent with everything and is a familiar face to everyone in the office.

      Some departments have 24/7 operations.

      Just a stepping stone if you want to learn mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.

      Cons

      They try to sell you this "Doosan Way" agenda stating complete transparency, equality, etc although they don't show this in anyway. Very political environment. Promises of promotions. Low pay for the intelligence needed for daily operations. Fail to hire competent employees. Most are friends of friends.
