      Potential For Greatness Held Back By Office Politics

      Pros

      Good pay, generous vacation time, clubs like golf / ski, talented coworkers doing a lot despite organizational roadblocks.

      Cons

      Management is more interested in their power & titles than running the business right. Turnover is regular & expected in all departments. No opportunity to advance up, just sideways if that. Turnover results in remaining employees having overwhelming amounts of work (one doing the job of two or three). When management gets tired/bored with you, they'll slander you until you find a job elsewhere. Yearly bonus barely / not enough to cover a dinner for two in Connecticut.

      Pros

      Consistently busy. Good group of coworkers too work with. Strong business outlook. Challenged to improve the organization businesses and processes on the shop floor.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming at times but manageable. Production fluctuates and not a steady materials come in due to suppliers. Communication.

      Very good salary and bonus. Awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      Expected to conform to the Korean work environment. Dissolved the corporate office and laided off a bunch of people.
