Company will always admire there employee from employee bday month to company party and even relaxing massages they value the harf work the employee does

Cons

Off sunset into the canyon so traffic is always backed up, outdoor hotel so allergies EESH good luck, other then stuff that cant be fixed the hotel is a great place to work at

Poor management. Executives are lacking transparency, communication and lacking in following the corporate office strategy. There's a mafia composed of 4 people in the executive level. You must be close to them if you want to succeed otherwise it is just a waste of time.
