Pros

Beautiful property, the guests, and co-workers.

Cons

Hard work because of challenging property (No elevators and property is spread across a few acres), a lot of turnover in management, and not much room for growth.

Pros

Its a great place to work where the employees get lots of benefits such as 3 complementary night, including breakfast, in any of the Dorchester Collection hotels. Enviroment is also great, where we can concentrate in our jobs with a good relation and cooperation between colleagues. Also the company really honour its values such as respect, passion and working together.

Cons

Its not the best hotel salary in London. It could be improved.

Pros

Amazing medical insurance, discounts on dining, free rooms at properties (although not very easy to use). The name is also good to show on your resume.

Cons

Terrible pay for a five start hotel! Absolutely no growth within the company. Instead of promoting competent and eager employees they hire outside candidates. Pretty standard American business practices nowadays!
