      Pros

      Its a great place to work where the employees get lots of benefits such as 3 complementary night, including breakfast, in any of the Dorchester Collection hotels. Enviroment is also great, where we can concentrate in our jobs with a good relation and cooperation between colleagues. Also the company really honour its values such as respect, passion and working together.

      Cons

      Its not the best hotel salary in London. It could be improved.
