Pros

Dot Hill offers a great deal of learning and development opportunities, and avoided layoffs like the plague. Workplace culture was excellent. My boss in particular was amazing.

Cons

Salary and compensation was disappointing. Half the Project Managers were useless. They seemed to struggle getting good candidates at the VP level.

There were some good people working there.

Cons

Dana Kammersgard is a dictator. He had to approve nearly every decision. No marketing budget. No advertising. Support was wrapped exclusively around OEM support. No concept of having field engineers.
