Beware of Seagate

Pros

Salaries are good. Hands off mgt style, until something goes wrong. Individuals can make a difference. A lot of good people with good skills work for Dot Hill.

Cons

Not the same since Seagate takeover. Many more rules and very rigid. Admin. Group doesn't get any respect. Seen as overhead and treated as dispensable. Older work force that creates dull atmosphere
