1) I am working for Dotcom Team from 2007 without even a single issue. 2) Very honest and open, the good part is CEO actually walks you through the entire process and he is very open for a conversation when it comes to salary, immigration and every thing a H1-B holder needs to know. 3) I get paid biweekly and never missed a pay check in my entire 8 years. 4) When it comes to contracts with various clients, CEO actually sends you the contract between Dotcom team and client, so as a contractor you know exactly how much you are getting paid - tell me how many companies do that in this business. 5) When it comes to immigration, the lawers Dotcom team has and people preparing the documentation are the best, lawers actually talk to you if you have any questions,concerns or needed an advice. 6) For good or bad contracts end at some point but with number of clients Dotcom team I am pretty sure you will not be on bench. 7) GC process with this company is a smooth sailing - ofcourse it takes its own time but my point is application process with Dotcom team is the best, they stick to the date they promised when the application process starts. 8) I recommended 5 people to Dotcom Team and all of them are very satisfied without even a single complaint.

IT Consulting companies are an unalienable part of whole H1b visa program saga. Lot of this companies gave a bad rap to H1b program like abusing visa and employee exploitation. But, Dotcom Team is a trail blazer which is above all those shenanigans. here're my two cents about Dotcom Team. 1) Strong emphasis on compliance, employer-employee relationships & employee satisfaction. 2) Professionally managed with bi-weekly pay checks and year end bonuses. 3) Established HR and marketing departments. 4) Charismatic CEO for his excellent leadership, integrity and communication.
