1. Very open and honest from the first day of my employment with the firm 2. CEO is accessible any time and responds directly to you 3. In last 8 years I have been working with them, my paycheck has always been very prompt, never had any issues 4. All the legal matters are always taken care in time, promptly and diligently 5. CEO is always open to hear our concerns related/unrelated directly with the employment 6. Not only the CEO, Dotcom Team staff is also very prompt to answer back our questions 7. Company always fulfilled their promises 8. The lawyers Dotcom team works with is also very responsible and prompt.

Cons

1. I have not found anything negative in my last 8 years of employment with them.

Not a good place for Awrican workers.

Pros

None to speak of. Pay is low balled for Americans. Company is registered as American, employs Indian software consultants already living in this country.

Cons

Discrimination went unchecked, and company is run by Husband and wife team, though they are not up front with that. Whereas, Braintree is corporate office, 99% of staff is Indian. Though some have gained American citizenship, they desparately cling to their culture, and Hindi language in the office.
