I started working at Dotcom in 2009 & for last 6 years, I enjoy working here every day. I like the honest / transparent process they follow at Dotcom. The leadership / management takes care of each employee individually and make sure that the employees are happy both professionally & personally. Great people, Excellent communication/ on time response, Professional commitment, caring towards the employees are few things which differentiates Dotcom from other companies Dotcom got experienced attorneys/immigration team who takes care of H1 Transfer / Renewal / Amendment / Green card etc on a timely manner. They also offer medical/dental insurance from one of the largest network provider in US. Dotcom offers bi-weekly pay, which always gets deposited in my account every 15 days (No hassles). My friend who worked for Dotcom for more than 10 years referred me to Dotcom and I referred few of my friends. Most of them had bad experiences with the prior employers, but now I am glad that they are all happy with Dotcom. I definitely recommend Dotcom to anyone who wants to be a part of a honest / great Team which grows in a rapid speed !

I have been working with DOTCOM TEAM since 2006. Management is very professional in every aspect. I had no issues with Projects, Salary, Paycheck or Immigration. 1) Pay's on time. Never missed a payment since 2006 2) I never had a Bench period. They care about you and give you the support and guidance to make the best impression! They work fast with the Clients to get you the projects and keep you posted throughout the entire process. 3) Provides very good Health Insurance benefits. 4) Has excellent Legal advice team for H1B and Immigration matters.
