Thoughts after 8 years of bonding
Pros
IT Consulting companies are an unalienable part of whole H1b visa program saga. Lot of this companies gave a bad rap to H1b program like abusing visa and employee exploitation. But, Dotcom Team is a trail blazer which is above all those shenanigans. here're my two cents about Dotcom Team. 1) Strong emphasis on compliance, employer-employee relationships & employee satisfaction. 2) Professionally managed with bi-weekly pay checks and year end bonuses. 3) Established HR and marketing departments. 4) Charismatic CEO for his excellent leadership, integrity and communication.
Cons
Company employee portal is not comprehensive. It would be nice to have Time sheets tracking, immigration, pay and health benefits management all included in portal.
