      Pros

      The company makes efforts in keeping a good atmosphere and arranging many incentives and parties for the employees. Also, it has got a great internal University for all type of hospitality classes. Good way to progress in terms of knowledge.

      Cons

      The starting salaries are very slow and there's unfortunately no way to increase them at all, unless you get a managing position.(good luck) You have to be very dedicated and work long hours as the turnover is so high that it's hard to work in the office with a full team.
