They are really good to employees

Cons

There is little accountability so the employees don't follow new procedures very well. There are a share of employees that just view their job as a paycheck and are not driven to do great work.

Very friendly place to work. Good benefits. OK pay. ESOP company had nice returns on profit sharing and they shared a lot of info about the company.

Cons

A lot of employees, sometimes feels like your just a number.
