- A very well-known and admired organization in Portland - The ability to do good for animals and their owners - Great benefits - Competitive pay - Teaching hospital - Lots of room to move up - A lot of encouragement from supervisors

Cons

- Depending on your position, it can be extremely fast-paced and stressful - A lot of burn-out on the hospital floor due to high-stress situations - The assistance fund is very limited but pet owners are constantly coming in and assuming they'll get it because they don't have money - this creates a lot of stress between front desk, clients and doctors

Easy schedule and friendly staff. Busy day so time flies by. Very family oriented and kind to their patients.

Cons

No benefits at all. No paid holidays, no bonuses, no vacation, nothing. Office is disorganized as well.
