Pros

Great working with the clients and patients. You learn a lot about the animals and their care.

Cons

Management has favorites and all others are treated unfairly. If you try to do the job for which you were trained, you get called out for caring too much. Anything mentioned to management puts you on the hot seat for saying anything and you are now a target.

Management has no clinical experience but sets hospital policy. Super insulated. This is a marketing firm with a shell hospital. All their money goes to admin and marketing. Don't let your family donate either, they should be audited.
