Pros

Good benefits and good pet care (after working there for 6 months)

Cons

Leadership uses an iron fist to get you to conform. They do not listen to any insight from employees. The turn over is incredibly high because the leadership team is ineffective, incompetent, and petty. Watched a colleague get fired while the manager was smiling and reveling in the act of firing someone. They love holding people back and prefer "yes men" vs intelligent helpers. This place is a MESS.

Pros

The hospital was amazing when I worked there. I learned a lot and loved everyone I worked with.

Cons

Administration is so disconnected and upper management is a bunch of fascists. They don't listen to their people and ignore their needs and cries for help.

Good pay and benefits, Great on the floor training and learning opportunities

Cons

-Absolutely clueless upper management and CEO! -Over worked -not many people in management has clinical or practical hospital experience; big misunderstanding of what we go through or have to deal with -Mangement plays favorites and lets their managers get away with whatever they want to do or say. TA team has the biggest turnover rate for example. They again, okay favorites. inappropriate remarks/meeting by management -No accountability by management -and I will say it again; CEO and his “show dogs” are just there for the money and the image of the hospital. They could care less about the clients, staff or patients coming in. Clueless! -Don’t give job descriptions or schedules right away; was not informed that I would have to pick up certain shifts when hired. Not until I had gone through and completed my training. -Unionize the hospital! -Also the amount of time and hours I have the hospital was meaningless. I did not feel comfortable doing something alone and was let go of refusal to work. I could go on but will end here -
