Horrible culture. Stay away.

Pros

Base compensation tends to be above market. Great business development group. Constantly changing environment. Company is a consistent performer in the industry.

Cons

No development unless you are "on the list". No work life balance. No respect for people or their time. Punitive culture; through the year, they keep a list of reasons to lower your rating and your incentive comp with no opportunity to improve.
