It’s a job that you can come to every day. We have a strong safety program that is world class.

Cons

Average pay for what you do. And you are not always guaranteed 40 hours a week. Needs to less chiefs and more workers to get the job done.

Pros

Love working at Hill Phoenix for 5 years, even loved working with the people I was surrounded by everyday. It gave me a wide variety of work knowledge when it came to working with power and hand tools.

Cons

Hill phoenix was too inconsistent when it came to the production work load threw the all around calendar year. it also needs better management when it come to case designing. I worked with a lot of engineers who only had book smarts but not enough hand on training when it came to case building.
