      Pros

      Love working at Hill Phoenix for 5 years, even loved working with the people I was surrounded by everyday. It gave me a wide variety of work knowledge when it came to working with power and hand tools.

      Cons

      Hill phoenix was too inconsistent when it came to the production work load threw the all around calendar year. it also needs better management when it come to case designing. I worked with a lot of engineers who only had book smarts but not enough hand on training when it came to case building.

      Fast paced and so fast that they don’t care about staff. Turnover on the floor is very high but in the office, people are just unhappy. Meeting after meeting after meeting to the point that it cuts into being productive. Clear politics at play and old school mentality of operating
