      Pros

      Great employees with strong work ethic, industry leader with broad product range, improving financials, lots of new talented leaders below the executive team.

      Cons

      Weak President (Paul) that isn't well respected, especially in the largest plants. Weak process, poor product quality (design and manufacturing), Senior Leadership doesn't stick with plans and lots of knee jerk reactions.
