      Pros

      Pros are slowing going away. Company is now owned by an S&P 500 company. Some very good employees doing their best.

      Cons

      Turning into a standard stodgy Big Corporate Culture. Employees and Execs are transferred in and out. Parent company does not really understand the businesses.
