Great working environment with very helpful people, great training, and majority of the operators have great work ethic.

Cons

No one on one trainer, you are your trainer. Must be able to read and be self taught. Must be confident to ask questions when something isn’t clear.

Poor management there running the company into the ground. No trust between employees and company, they want you to run... run.... run... every weekend but never have any raw material or components to complete orders. Scheduling is a nightmare and your basically on your own. Don’t waste your time it’s not worth it TRUST ME..!!!! It’s a PIT
