Dow really encourages you to learn more about your job and challenges you in a positive way to improve or explore other projects within the company.Everyone gets to participate in matters of safety or finding new ways to increase quality.

Cons

I wish that senior management would come to production floor more often during the night shifts.On the occasion when one does take the time to do so i find that it motivates everyone just to have a minute or so conversation.You can feel a little fogotten on 3rd shift.It seems like first shift gets all the attention sometimes.
