I can not think of any positive about this company

Cons

Knowledgeable, smart & hard working people are not rewarded, only people of certain race are rewarded. Not a good sign for a big company, why your boss does not know anything you do, still good rating to his friends and not to the good contributor

Every few years company goes through a restructuring, short term view of company strategy based on wall street expectations
