      Pros

      Focused on safe work environment, good consistent pay and benefits, a lot of training available.

      Cons

      Good when you are young and lower cost but you get phased out as you age. Work environment, culture and goals create silos that forces you to compete with your peers instead of collaborate.

      Pros

      Good benefits and salary depending on the location; some roles can be flexible; different businesses can be a great oppprtunity to expand knowledge;

      Cons

      Slow career growth, unclear conversations about career next steps, some plants can be a very toxic environment for minorities (women, LGBTQIA+, Person with Disability etc), leadership team could be better prepared for its task to support the teams. HR (in general) does not give the necessary support for employees.
