Competitive, benefits, vacation, sick leave, etc.

Cons

Pay is below industry average for the area. In order to move up, an engineering degree is highly recommended, even for roles that have absolutely nothing to do with engineering.

Pros

Truly a great company. Top notch benefits and pay for a chemical sector company.

Cons

Plaquemine location leads to awful traffic if not living on the West bank of the river. Talking over an hour just to get to the bridge. Diversity is holding too much weight within hiring. Take your best candidates. Two stars in that department because of forced over diversity. Pay not competitive with big oil however.
