Great Benefits. Plenty to learn for future opening. Great new hire process for those with no experience. Hire recently discharged veterans quick and train them for the job.

Cons

Work/Family balance depends on plant. Overtime available depends on plant. Some work 40 a week, while others work 80 a week .

Tons of overtime! Easy to make 100k a year. Awesome benefits with a very positive work environment.

Cons

Over do it on safety a lot. This ends up becoming more of a distraction and very stressful at times for workers. Safety is good, but can become a nuisance when over done!
