      - decent salary - great work environement - no micro management - you are never asked to do what you can't or to do something what is not your jobs - a lot of projects - good benefits - good support from management

      - bureaucratic - hard to make your voice heard - location - hard to move up - things move slowly - people aren't always knowledgeble
