      Excellent Training, They know what they are doing, moves fast and gets things done quickly

      Cons

      you are either chosen or you are not. if you are, your biggest challenge will be to get along with those that are not chosen. too many metrics that make no sense, allow for unhealthy competition. they want you to do 3 jobs and pay is barely enough for 1.
