Pros

Doxel is the exact type of company I was looking for. It has a great product that solving a huge challenge in Construction, and an excellent product/engineering team that is constantly updating the solution in a positive way. Doxel has product-market-fit and is consistently growing the deal size we can sell for and shortening the decision time, leading to a great environment for large sales numbers

Cons

For some, the amount of work & dedication could be seen as a con. Everyone from management to new hires work a lot but in my view this had lead to more growth than I have experienced elsewhere. I joined a startup because I wanted to work in a culture where the whole company is invested in its own success & I feel I've found that at Doxel

Pros

Doxel provides a challenging work environment with a great company culture and great people. The career advancement opportunity has been great! I've been given several opportunities to be promoted to higher leadership roles over the past few years. The flexibility to work from home is also a nice bonus!

Cons

The work can be stressful because we are always trying to build a bigger and better product. But that's also part of the fun of the company because people are held accountable for their performance. Everyone is expected to contribute to deliver success. As a result, the company attracts self starters with winning attitudes and that culture drives success.

I didn't find anything positive.

Cons

My experience at my previous company was disappointing, as the overall work environment fell short of expectations. The management, particularly the manager, exhibited unprofessional behavior and lacked effective leadership, contributing to a negative work atmosphere. I would not recommend this company to others seeking a positive and supportive workplace.
