Small office that fits everyone inside. Sharing tables is always fun!

• Leadership has no experience in product, making it difficult to help them connect the dots •Required to be in office but nobody is there •Many people leave •Toxic culture • Product managers take others work credit as there own “that was my idea” • Sketchy

1. The founders possess a deep domain expertise in the construction industry and have a clear understanding of customer needs and market opportunity. 2. The management was highly organized and motivated to accomplish long and short term goals. 3. Plenty of opportunities to leverage Machine Learning/Deep Learning. 4. The team is comprised of hardworking genuine people.

Cons

In 2020 due to COVID went through a period of engineering workforce shortage, which led to longer work hours for the remaining engineers. This should be fixed in 2021. Doxel is in it's rapid hiring phase!
